I Transformed My Social Media w/ this Free AI Content Creation Tool

After Surveying Hundreds of Realtors, Most Have This One Common Social Media Problem

They don't know what to talk about.

They don't know what topic their audience would find engaging and relevant—or what topics would attract more clients.

So Here's What Most of Them Do...

They scroll through their Facebook to see what other realtors are posting, then look at how much engagement those posts have.

The ones with the highest engagement, they rip off and duplicate, and pray that it works for them.

Here's Why That Doesn't Work...

1) Realtors Are Friends with Other Realtors

A lot of the time, the people engaging with the content on Facebook are other realtors.

They have referral partners from networking events, conferences, mandatory CE classes, etc.

Unless you click on the profile of each person who liked, commented, shared, etc., you will never know.

So yes, their post got engagement, but in most cases, it's not the engagement they want.

2) Real Estate Is Only Interesting to Real Estate Professionals

Back when I was still focused on trying to grow my real estate business, I would attend tons of networking events.

As I was pivoting into my current business, I realized something that may offend some people...

A lot of agents have ZERO personality outside of real estate.

If it wasn't about buying, selling, or investing, many of them had nothing interesting to talk about.

Sometimes when I present at conferences for real estate agents, I survey the audience.

I'll ask:

"Show of hands, before getting your real estate license, how many of you were looking at market stats?

How many of you were keeping up with the interest rates and the homes that came on the market each weekend?"

Usually, there isn't a single person in the audience with their hand raised.

So next time you see another realtor post an infographic from Canva, ask yourself:

"Would my audience want to see this?"

Here's What I Would Do Instead...

There's a free tool called Answer The Public.

This tool aggregates all the search terms from sites like Google, YouTube, Bing, and more.

I would go and create a free trial on their lowest-paid tier.

Then come up with some topics that I'd like to talk about. In my case, I talk about four things:

  • Artificial Intelligence
  • Content Creation
  • Personal Branding
  • Social Media Strategy

I would type each of these topics into Answer The Public (one at a time).

Then it will show me all the most searched inquiries that people are looking up for these topics.

It even ranks them by search volume.

Here's Why This Works WAY Better...

1) Evidence-Based Strategy

Instead of guessing and hoping that your audience finds your content valuable, you can see the questions and problems that they are looking for answers to.

Then create content that solves them.

You know exactly how popular a particular topic is and how many people are searching it.

2) Save Tons of Time

Instead of surveying hundreds of realtors, calling them on the phone, posting polls on social media, and sending surveys via email, you use Answer The Public for 10 minutes.

It'll show you a few hundred ideas for you to make content on.

Now, if you want a step-by-step walkthrough of how to use Answer The Public to train ChatGPT so you can create infinite content ideas, I created a free training and uploaded it to my YouTube channel.
