When I taught my first ChatGPT class, none of the major news or media outlets had covered it yet.

So someone had to be the one to demystify it for everyone.

After teaching over 2200+ realtors I realized there are 3 buckets that everyone fits into.

We have the doers. These are the people who always go all in!

They live life by design.

They make quick decisions and if it doesn't work out, so be it.

They learn, grow, and adjust for next time.

Then we have the dabblers. The dabblers are the people who like to dip their toe in the water 1000 times before finally jumping into the pool.

They're hesitant and never give it their all because if they fail, they can always say "Well, I didn't actually try."

And the last group is the Laggards. These are the people who are completely against change.

They stick to their old ways forever. They're the people who still have flip phones in 2024.

And with the speed at which AI is evolving, my biggest fear is for you to get left behind because you didn't go all in.

So let me tell you a quick story about a specific person I helped

A few years ago I met a realtor named Joey from Syracuse

Now Joey had never even heard of ChatGPT before my first training.

He DID NOT have a background in social media, marketing, computer science, or anything techy

I mean back in the day he used MySpace and did some “coding” so he could change his background

He wore every hat in his business and didn’t have the time to learn about Artificial Intelligence

Joey ended up registering for my very first multi-day AI workshop

Now I could tell Joey was serious because each day he was showing up on time, at his desk, camera on

All pretty good indicators that someone is ready to go all-in

Later that week, Joey created 33 weeks of content in about 2 hours.

What changed? He applied my proven AI strategies and went all in.

What would’ve taken him a month, took him an evening because he knew how to copy and paste

One day Joey called me up and was like “Hey John I want to use ChatGPT to help me run my business.

But I want to train it based on the principles taught in the Millionaire Real Estate Agent book by Gary Keller”

I responded “No worries, Joey let me work my magic.”

I helped Joey train ChatGPT on the principles and frameworks in the MREA book.

Now ChatGPT has helped him:

• Plan out his home buyer/seller seminars

• Create his 36 touch & 8x8 campaigns, email campaigns, smart plans

• Create content, host open houses, you name it

What an amazing story...
